The party was held at the Gotham Book Mart. No year is given, but A Southern Vanguard appeared in 1947. Letter has been folded twice. There is some handling wear, and two small tears at the folds from the left edge. There is a small perforation left by a staple in the upper left corner. Overall, Very Good. .
